What to do in case of damaged product?

In case if you claim for damaged products, we shall verify and check the details thoroughly to find out the level of damage. In genuine cases the product will be replaced with a fresh one. However, if the damage is minimal, the damage will be rectified and the product will be sent within a stipulated period of time.

What to do in case of damaged product?

1. Only selective products on Tambulya.com  have the 'Cash-on-Delivery' Available.
2. Ensure that your Billing and Shipping Address is the SAME while opting for ‘Cash-on-Delivery’.
3. When prompted to choose a Payment Option, select 'Pay by  Cash-on-Delivery'
4. Products will be dispatched only after our customer support executive verifies and confirms your shipping address in case of ‘Cash-on-Delivery’ payment.
5. You will be required to make a Cash payment to our respective  Courier Partner, only at the time of delivery of your order.

Terms & Conditions

* The maximum order value for 'Cash-on-Delivery' is Rs. 3500
* E-Gift Vouchers or Store Credit cannot be used for 'Cash-on-Delivery' orders
* Please pay the amount as mentioned on the order copy (COD value mentioned in the shipment)
* Returns will not be accepted during the time of  delivery
* Please keep cash ready after your order is confirmed and authorised
* Please make ONLY Cash Payment at the time of delivery. We will not accept Cheque or Demand Draft
